Building Maintenance is a three-hour laboratory course that will prepare students to become employable in areas such as custodial work, lawn maintenance, and building management work. The course trains students in the operation and use of various types of cleaning and lawn equipment. Training also includes basic painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair. Tile and carpet installation are also available to advanced students. |  |
